The Star-Touched Queen by Roshani Chokshi! The book looks so intriguing! I love that it’s based on Indian mythology in a non-Western fantasy world! Finally some representation in fantasy–what I’ve been waiting for! The title and the cover drew me in immediately as they’re both gorgeous! Just everything about this one has me *drooling* in anticipation!

How do you choose which books you read?
Truth be told, I am quite the ADHD mood reader. I just pick up whatever interests me and catches my eye at that time. In general though, as in how do I choose the books that I buy, I’m obviously a sucker for a good cover, but I also read the synopsis and a ton of reviews, then decide if I’d like the book.
I can’t wait for the Star-Touched Queen too! The other day I read an author Q and A as well for the book and she seems really great.
I choose by mood most of the time as well, when don’t I think I try to rush the book.
