Teaser Tuesday | Tell The Wind And Fire by Sarah Rees Brennan

Hello and welcome back to Teaser Tuesday! Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by Miz B at Books and a Beat! Here are the rules:

  • Grab  your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title &author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teasers.

This week’s teasers are from Tell The Wind And Fire by Sarah Rees Brennan

Your first teaser is….

Underneath my window my devil was waiting, wearing my true love’s face.

And your second teaser is….

…better to be safe than good.

Lila is a 27-year-old college student studying physics and a lover of literature. When she's not busy reading or saving the world through science, Lila can be found singing jazz and blues and obsessing over hedgehogs (a.k.a. the cutest animals in the multiverse!)

  1. Omgg I am 100% intrigued by that first snippet. !! AHHH. I hadn’t heard much about this book (actually I only read one review and it was a negative one) on it, but now I might have to reconsider and search this one out. 😂

    1. i’ve only read negative reviews on it, but actually so far i’m really liking it. i’d say don’t go into it with *great expectations* (eh! see what i did there? dickens? okay, i’ll stop being a literature dork), but if you want something fun and light, it does the trick! thanks for stopping by 🙂
