lately with lila march 2024 | march was mid

Hello again, dear friends! I hope you are all happy, healthy, and safe, and if not I hope brighter days head your way soon! We’ve reached the end of March and I find myself breathing a sigh of relief that we’ve finally entered the season of spring! I truly despise the cold darkness of winter, so I’m absolutely ecstatic that the days are getting longer and warmer! I hope spring is bringing you as much joy as it brings me!
Aside from the weather being nice and the days getting longer, March was a decent month for my life, albeit a busy month during which I had no time to read or blog at all. Still, I managed to find some time to have some fun outside of reading and blogging, so let’s see what went down!
what i plan on reading

I’ll be taking part in the Magical Readathon: Orilium Spring Equinox (hosted by G at the booktube channel Book Roast) this year, but I actually have a dedicated post coming up later this week wich will have all the info about the readathon and my character, in addition to to my TBR. Beyond my TBR for that, I’m on the rocks about what I’m going to read, if anything.
what i watched
⚛️3 Body Problem Season 1 Episode 1 I was really anticipating 3 Body Problem but the first episode proved a little too creepy for me. What can I say, I’m an anxious girly 😅 That said, the show is very well produced, directed, and acted and looks intriguing for fans of eerie sci fi shows. I may continue watching once I get over the initial spooky vibes.
🌷Bridgerton Seaon 1 Episode 3 I decided to give Bridgerton another chance, but I just wasn’t feelin’ it at that moment. I think if I was more in the mood for a regency romance, I might’ve enjoyed it more, but unfortunately in this instance I just wasn’t…
The Sex Lives of College Girls Season 1 Episodes 3 – 8 I finally continued on watching this series and I still love it so much! I binged these five episodes all in a single evening, and that’s saying something because my attention span is…not good 😅 Anyhoo, the point remains that this show is so good! It’s so fun to see the girlies’ dating/romantic/sex adventures, but honestly the best part of the series is their relationship with each other. Definitely watch this show if you’re looking for those friendship feels with a good dose of awkward moments and humor!

what life was like in march 2024

March had its ups and downs, but it was mostly good I think. I spent time with my friends and with my partner and had a really great time. First off, I performed in my college’s choral concert and had a significant solo in a jazz song that a small group of choir members sang, and it went great! I had so much fun and it was a memorable moment that meant so much to me! Next, over spring break my friends from my Physics and Calculus II courses and I went on an “arts and crafts lunch date” where we went out to get lunch and then did arts and crafts together with supplies we’d all brought from home. It was really, really fun and I’m so grateful that we’ve bonded as friends outside of class! Then, I got together with my partner a couple of times, which was really relaxing and happy! Finally, in my own time, I spent a lot of time journaling/scrapbooking, which was so calming.
spill the beans, friends!
