WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On A World Of Words in which we answer the following questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you just finish reading?
  • What are you planning on reading next?

Tell me your three W’s in the comments! Here are mine…

I’m currently reading A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas and hot, smoking, holy heck. This book is gonna kill me, it’s so good! If you weren’t aware, A Court of Mist and Fury is the sequel to A Court of Thorns and Roses, which is a very loose retelling of Beauty and the Best. The first book is good, but this one has just taken it to a whole other level! All I can say is WOW!

I just recently finished Batgirl Vol. 1 by Cameron Stewart, Brendan Fletcher, Jared K. Flether, Maris Wicks, and Babs Tarr and it was absolutely stellar! In this version of Batgirl, Barbara “Babs” Gordon is a grad school student by day, and a crime fighting vigilante by night! It’s so rockin’ and there’s so much awesome girl power in this comic! The art was fresh and young and I just loved the whole package!

I’m next in line at the library for My Lady Jane by Brodi Ashton, Cynthia Hand, and Jodi Meadows, so if that’s checked out by the time I finish ACOMAF, I’ll be reading that. But if that’s not checked out when I finish ACOMAF, I’m probably gonna pick up The Star-Touched Queen by Roshani Chokshi!

Lila is a 27-year-old college student studying physics and a lover of literature. When she's not busy reading or saving the world through science, Lila can be found singing jazz and blues and obsessing over hedgehogs (a.k.a. the cutest animals in the multiverse!)

  1. I’m excited to see your post on My Lady Jane. I just got it but haven’t really heard anything. I just finished Six of Crows (which OMG was so good!) I’m currently reading Glittering Court by Richelle Mead. I think my next book after GC is going to be Truthwitch by Susan Dennard.
