Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews in which we talk about the physical books/e-books/audiobooks we’ve acquired (bought, borrowed, or received for review, etc.). Here’s what I’ve acquired in the past week:

You know how sometimes you get all the good books at the same time from the library and then realize you have a limited amount of time to read all of them? Ummm…yeeeeeeeeeah…So that happened. I mean, I’m happy to have a ton of great books to read, but I’m not sure if I have the time to read them all. Here’s hoping, I guess. This past week I nabbed The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons, Vicious by V.E. Schwab, Blood Passage by Heather Demetrios, The Great Hunt by Wendy Higgins, The Trials of Apollo: The Hidden Oracle by Rick Riordan, And I Darken by Kiersten White, Dorothy Must Die by Danielle Paige, and Rocks Fall, Everyone Dies by Lindsay Ribar.

AAAAAAAAAAH!!!! I’M SO FREAKING EXCITED BECAUSE…I GOT MY FIRST EVER UNSOLICITED PHYSICAL ARC!!!! I’m so happy I could cry! I got a received a copy of The Reader by Traci Chee from G.P. Putnam’s Sons (an imprint of Penguin Random House LLC) and isn’t it so fitting that my first ever physical ARC is titled The Reader?! I’m so excited! *squeals*
I almost fell off my chair when I read that you received. . . THE FREAKING READER!!! Congratulations! Pleeease tell me how you got a copy. I am so excited to read this book!! Okay. . . now that I got that out of the way, yes, you sure did get a lot of great books this month. How fun! And congrats to you and your pocket book for not buying any this month. 😀
I’ve only receive one physical ARC because I’m too nervous to contact publishers 😂 but receiving it was so fun! I’ve heard good things about The Reader, so I hope you enjoy it!!!
Also, Trials of Apollo is one of my favourite books of this year so I really hope you like it too!! I really want to read Vicious too.
I’m really looking forward to when The Reader comes out. I’ve heard pretty good things about it so far, so I hope you enjoy reading it!
