  • I bought the following book(s) in the past week…
  • I’m super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish news)…
  • I’m really upset by (book/author/bookish news)…
  • I can’t wait to get a copy of…
  • I wish I could read ____ , but…
  • I blogged about _____ this past week…

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: What is the best book you read LAST year?

This week I’ll be answering…

I wish I could read ________, but…

I wish I could read The Star-Touched Queen by Roshani Chokshi right now but I have a TBR to follow!!! Argh!!! *shakes fist and shouts curses to the wind* I have books from the library that I need to read before they go back because they’re really in demand so I’ve set myself a reading schedule! But I’m soooooo in the mood for The Star-Touched Queen, it’s killing me!

And now for this week’s random question…

What is the best book you read LAST year?

The best book I read last year has to be Wolf by Wolf by Ryan Graudin! First off, the premise is so crazy and unique! Second off, it is beautifully written! If you’re a fan of Laini Taylor’s writing and you like really out there plots, this is the book for you! I cannot recommend it enough!

    1. thanks! i really cannot recommend wolf by wold enough! it’s creative and lyrical and you’ll love it, i’m sure (but i might be biased)!

  1. Yeees for Wolf by Wolf! And if I were you I’d totally ignore the TBR and read The Star-Touched Queen, haha. I finished it last week and it was just gorgeous. <3

    1. i want to read it sooo badly! part of me thinks, “if i read tstq now, i wont have as much time for the other books” and the other part of me is like, “if you don’t read tstq now, you’ll spend all of the time reading other books wishing you could read tstq and not enjoying them and reading slower as a result, leaving you with less time anyway!” ARGH! such hard decisions!!!
