WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?
Can you guys believe I’m STILL reading this one?! Because I can’t! I thought I would just devour this one but apparently not! Apparently, the universe has decided it’s time for me to have a reading slump! Great. Just, great.
WHAT DID YOU JUST FINISH READING?
*Big sigh* This book. I had such high hopes for this book. But instead, I ended up temporarily DNFing it. I’m on the fence about whether or not I want to write a temporary DNF review of this book. Why? Because I’m unsure if it just had a reallyyyyyyyyy loooooooooong exposition or if it honestly was that uninteresting. But serious, who has a 5 hour exposition (audiobook)?!?!!
WHAT ARE YOU PLANNING ON READING NEXT?
Honestly with this reading slump I’m just focused on finishing one book at a time. Yeah. It’s that bad.
Oh no! I hope you can get into The Rose and the Dagger soon and it pulls you out of your slump. I just read it, and the action does pick up in the second half. Fingers crossed it grabs you soon 🙂
